アメリカのThe Department of Health, Education and Welfare（以下、米保険教育福祉省）の
1971～1974年のAnnual Report(年報）を読みたい。薬物乱用に関連する情報を探している。

お探しの年の年報は、アメリカ議会図書館のオンライン目録の調査、米大使館のアメリカンセンターへの問い合わせもしましたが、出版の確認ができませんでした。

ただし、薬物乱用に関しては、米保険教育福祉省に属するFood and Drug Administration（米食品医薬品局。通称FDA。）が所轄となっているようです。
FDAの年報は1950～1974年のものがHathiTrust Digital Libraryにて公開されておりました。

1. 国内蔵書の調査
CiNii Books、NDLサーチ等を検索キーワード「annual report Department Health Education Welfare」等で検索したが、本学含む国内の蔵書検索では、所蔵を確認できなかった。

2. 米国内所蔵の調査
(1)WorldCat、アメリカ議会図書館（Library of Congress）OPAC、HathiTrust Digital Library
→1953-1970年の年報の所蔵のみで、1971-1974年の年報は確認できなかった。
→特定の法令に関する議会への年間報告書（例“Annual Report of the Department of Health, Education and Welfare to the Congress on the Manpower Development and Training Act”）も見つかったが、薬物乱用に関する内容のものは見つからなかった。

(2)米保険教育福祉省の出版目録の調査
上記調査中に下記の1978年の刊行物目録（1976年7月-1977年12月の刊行物）を発見し、内容を確認。

3. アメリカンセンターJAPANへ問い合わせ
米大使館のアメリカンセンターJAPANのレファレンスサービスに米保険教育福祉省の1971-74年の内容の年報の出版および所蔵館について問い合わせ。
→出版および所蔵館ともに確認出来なかった旨の回答あり。

HathiTrustで公開されている1953-1970年の内容は確認済み。
