(1)デンマーク
●｢Statistical Yearbook 2011｣（デンマーク統計局）（http://www.dst.dk/publikation.aspx?cid=16218）
｢11- Construction and housing｣（http://www.dst.dk/pukora/epub/upload/16218/11con.pdf）に｢Tabel 273 Building activity｣の表があり、｢Residential buidings」の｢Buildings permits issued during the year｣｢Buildings started during the year｣｢Buildings completed during the year｣の項目を見ると、許可、着工、竣工時の床面積が掲載されています。
また、デンマーク統計局の｢StatBank Denmark｣（http://www.statbank.dk/BYGV8）で、
｢Building activity｣－｢Total residential construction｣－｢BYGV9: Total Residential Construction (adjusted for delays) by condition and builders｣を選択し、｢CONDITION｣を｢Permits｣｢Started｣｢Completed｣から選択すれば、許可、着工、竣工時の床面積の月次の時系列データ(1994年1月～)が得られます。

(2)スウェーデン
●『Statistisk Arsbok for Sverige』(Statistiska Centralbyran　年刊 【Z61-C247】)
2011年版では、p.201の「8.8 Dwellings in completed buildings by ownership, tenure, size of dwelling,etc」に、｢All dwellings」の項目があり、2006年から2009年までの竣工数が掲載されています。『Statistisk Arsbok for Sverige』は、スウェーデン統計局の「Statistical Yearbook of Sweden 2011」（http://www.scb.se/Pages/PublishingCalendarViewInfo____259924.aspx?PublObjId=15284）のページで、全文を見ることができます。なお、『Statistisk Arsbok for Sverige』は「Statistical Yearbook of Sweden｣（http://www.scb.se/Pages/Product____30937.aspx?Produktkod=OV0904&displaypublications=true）のページで、2002年版まで遡ってみることができます。
また、スウェーデン統計局の「New construction of residential buildings」（http://www.scb.se/Pages/Product____5581.aspx）で、「Publications」のタブを選択すると、｢Statistical Report｣を見ることができます。2011年8月18日の｢Statistical Report｣では、許可数、着工数、竣工数に関する直近年のデータが掲載されています。さらに、スウェーデン統計局の｢Statistical database｣（http://www.ssd.scb.se/databaser/makro/start.asp?lang=2）で｢Housing, construction and building｣を選択し、｢New construction of residential buildings｣ 掲載の統計を辿っていくと、着工数、竣工数などの長期の時系列データを得ることができます。

(3)ノルウェー
●『Statistical yearbook of Norway』(Statistisk Sentralbyra　年刊 【Z61-A73】）
2010年版では、p.332に「395.Building work started and buildings completed. Dwellings and utility floor space in dwellings. Utility floor space other than in dwellings」の表があり、着工数、竣工数、床面積に関する1985年以降のデータが掲載されています。上記『Statistical yearbook of Norway』2010年版のデータは、ノルウェー統計局の「Statistical Yearbook of Norway 2010」の「10. Industrial activities－10.09　Building and construction statistics」（http://www.ssb.no/en/yearbook/emne1009.html）で得ることができます。なお、「Previous editions」（http://www.ssb.no/en/yearbook/aarbok.html）のページで、『Statistical yearbook of Norway』のバックナンバーを見ることができます。
また、ノルウェー統計局の「Building Statistics」（http://www.ssb.no/english/subjects/10/09/byggeareal_tab_en/）のページで、着工数、竣工数に関する各種データを得ることができます。

(4)フィンランド
●｢Statistics －Construction － Building and dwelling production －Tables｣（フィンランド統計局）（http://www.tilastokeskus.fi/til/ras/tau_en.html）
｢Appendix table 3. Building permits for dwellings (No.)｣で、最新の許可数を見ることができます。また、｢Appendix table 11. Dwelling construction by building type 2002-2011, number, permits and starts｣で、許可数と着工数を見ることができます。｢Appendix table 12. Dwelling constructions by building type 2002-2011, number, under construction and completions｣では、竣工数を見ることができます。
なお、フィンランド統計局の｢Statistics Finland's PX-Web databases－Building and dwelling production｣（http://pxweb2.stat.fi/database/statfin/rak/ras/ras_en.asp）における｢Building permits 1990-2011｣や｢Building and dwelling production 1990-2011｣の｢Select part of table｣で、許可数、着工数、竣工数の時系列データを得ることができます。

(5)アイスランド
●｢Statistical Yearbook of Iceland 2010｣（アイスランド統計局）(http://www.statice.is/Pages/2532)
p.174に｢8.3　Residential construction by region 2004-2009｣の表があります。｢Completed　during year｣に｢Number of dwellings｣の項目があり、2004年~2009年までの竣工数が掲載されています。
また、アイスランド統計局の｢Statistics －Manufacturing and energy －Constructions｣
