(1)イギリス
●『Annual abstract of statistics』（Office for National Statistics　Palgrave Macmillan年刊【Z61-B67】）
2010年版は、イギリス国家統計局のページ(http://www.ons.gov.uk/ons/rel/ctu/annual-abstract-of-statistics/no-146--2010-edition/annual-abstract-of-statistics.pdf)で全文を見ることができます。p.218に「14.3 Permanent dwellings completed: by tenure and country」の表があり、United kingdomの｢All dwellings｣の項目に、1980年以降の竣工数の年次データが掲載されています。

●『Monthly Digest of Statistics』（Stationery Office　月刊【Z51-A176】）
2011年7月号では、｢Production, metals and construction｣に「4.11 Permanent dwellings started and completed」の表があります。｢Starts｣ ｢Completions｣の項目があり、「United Kingdom」「England」「Wales」「Scotland」「Nothern Ireland」について、四半期ごとの着工数、竣工数のデータが掲載されています。

「Table 208: Permanent dwellings started, by tenure and country」「Table 209: Permanent dwellings completed, by tenure and country」で、UK（イングランド、ウェールズ、スコットランド、北アイルランド）の着工数、竣工数の年次データを見ることができ、「Table 211: Permanent dwellings started and completed, by tenure, United Kingdom (quarterly)」で着工数、竣工数の四半期データが得られます。

｢ Chiffres & statistiques｣を開くと、｢Nombre de logements｣の表が掲載されています。直近の月次データのほか、｢Créations des 12 derniers mois｣で直近1年分のデータがわかります。｢AUTORISÉS｣｢COMMENCÉS｣それぞれに｢Construction neuve｣の項目があり、許可数、着工数が掲載されています。

(3)ドイツ
●『Statistisches Jahrbuch fur die Bundesrepublik Deutschland』（Statistisches Bundesamt 年刊 【Z61-B231】）
2010年版では、｢11. Bauen und Wohen｣に「11.1 Baugenehmigungen im Hochbau nach Gebäudeart und Bauherren」「11.2 Baufertigstellungen im Hochbau nach Gebäudeart und Bauherren」の表があり、それぞれ許可数、竣工数に関するデータが掲載されています。表11.1、表11.2ともに、「Errichtung neuer Gebäude」の内訳に「Wohnungen」があり、｢Wohngebaude｣の｢Zusammen｣の箇所に記載があります。上記『Statistisches Jahrbuch fur die Bundesrepublik Deutschland』のデータは、ドイツ連邦統計局の「Statistical Yearbook 2010- Downloads」（http://www.destatis.de/jetspeed/portal/cms/Sites/destatis/Internet/EN/Content/Publikationen/Crosssection/StatistischesJahrbuch/JahrbuchDownloads,templateId=renderPrint.psml）のページから、｢Kapitel 11 Bauen und Wohnen / Construction and housing｣（http://www.destatis.de/jetspeed/portal/cms/Sites/destatis/SharedContent/Oeffentlich/B3/Publikation/Jahrbuch/Bauen,property=file.pdf）で見ることができます。

「Bautätigkeit」の章のpp.88-89に、「Baugenehmigungen- Hochbau 1992 - 2009」の表があります。この表中のDeutschlandの「Wohnungen - insgesamt」の下に「in neuerrichteten Wohngebäuden」の項目があり、1992年～2009年までの新築住宅許可数が掲載されています。
また、pp.100-101には、｢Baufertigstellungen - Hochbau 1992-2008｣の表があり、1992年～2008年までの新規住宅竣工数が掲載されています。

(4)オランダ
●『Statistical Yearbook of the Netherlands』(Staatsuitgeverij 年刊 【Z61-B30】)
オランダ統計局「Statistical Yearbook」（http://www.cbs.nl/en-GB/menu/publicaties/boeken/statistisch-jaarboek/archief/2011/default.htm）のページで、｢Statistical Yearbook 2011｣を見ることができ、2004年版までバックナンバーを遡ってみることができます。
2011年版の場合、p.44に｢5.5 Dwellings for which building permits were granted｣の表があり、2000年、2005年、2009年、2010年における許可数が掲載されています。｢5.6 Dwellings completed(31 December)｣には、竣工数が掲載されています。
また、オランダ統計局の｢Construction and housing　Key figures｣（http://www.cbs.nl/en-GB/menu/themas/bouwen-wonen/cijfers/default.htm）のページ
で、｢Dwellings; permit issued;　completed｣を選択すると、｢StatLine｣につながり、2000年以降の許可数、竣工数に関する年次データを得ることができます。

(5)ベルギー

｢Permis de bâtir (tableaux téléchargeables : détails par mois et années) （http://statbel.fgov.be/fr/modules/publications/statistiques/economie/permis_de_b_tir.jsp）に許可数、床面積が掲載されています。
また、｢Industrie manufacturière｣（http://statbel.fgov.be/fr/statistiques/chiffres/economie/construction_industrie/manufactur/）の｢Production industrielle et construction｣の中を見ると、
｢ⅠPermis de bâtir｣の ｢Bâtiments résidentiels｣の表に｢Nombre total de Logements｣があり、許可数が掲載されています。また、｢ⅡBâtiments commencés｣の｢Bâtiments résidentiels｣の表に｢Nombre total de Logements｣があり、着工数が掲載されています。

(6)ルクセンブルク
●『Annuaire Statistique du Luxembourg』（Service Central de la Statistique et des Etudes Economiques　年刊 【Z61-D237】）
2010年版では、p.324に｢D. 4100 Autorisations de bâtir délivrées par les communes｣の表があります。「Constructions nouvelles et reconstructions totales」に「Logements」の項目があり、1980年、1990年、2000年、2005年から2009年までの許可数が掲載されています。また、p.326に「D. 4200 Nombre, volume bâti, surface disponible des bâtiments achevés par genre de bâtiment」の表があります。「Bâtiments au total」に「Nombre de logements」の項目があり、1980年、1990年、2000年、2004年から2008年までの竣工数が掲載されています。『Annuaire Statistique du Luxembourg』は、ルクセンブルク国家統計局の「Publication-Annuaire statistique du Luxembourg」（http://www.statistiques.public.lu/fr/publications/series/annuaire-stat-lux/index.html）のページで全文を見ることができます。
